A few clear guidelines to respect the home and the neighbours, and to leave everything tidy at the end of your stay.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in after 15:00.
- Check-out by 11:00.
- Self check-in with a key box.
Access instructions are sent before arrival to guests with a confirmed booking. Please do not share codes or entry details with anyone outside your stay.
During your stay
- The maximum capacity is 4 guests.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Parties and events are not allowed.
- Commercial photography is allowed, provided it does not involve events, large crews, disturbance to the neighbours or any use of the property other than staying in it. Organised productions require a prior written agreement.
Please respect the peace of the building and the square, especially in the evening and at night. The apartment may only be used by the people named in the booking.
Before departure
At check-out, put the key back in the same place or key box you took it from, and make sure the door is properly closed.
Before leaving, switch off the lights and air conditioning, close the windows, collect your belongings and let us know promptly about any damage or problems.
The apartment and safety
The apartment is fitted with:
- a carbon monoxide detector;
- a fire alarm.
In case of immediate danger, call the European emergency number 112. For problems with the apartment, use the contact details in your booking confirmation.
