Choose your dates and see the full total straight away, cleaning included. If the booking is on request, the amount is only pre-authorised on your card and charged if we accept within the stated deadline; otherwise the authorisation is released at no cost. Payment goes through Stripe: the site never sees your card details.

With the refundable rate, cancellation is free up to 7 days before check-in. The non-refundable rate is 10% cheaper and refundable only within 24 hours of confirmation, minus payment processing fees. Full details are in the terms (in Italian).

Rome’s city tax, when due, is shown separately in the summary before payment, so you always know the full cost.

Yes: by law we register every guest with the police (Questura). Before arrival we ask for an ID document for each guest and use it only for this purpose.

The Pantheon is inside the historic centre’s limited traffic zone (ZTL): a taxi or walking is best. Write to us and we will tell you how to get here from where you start.

Piazza della Rotonda is lively at almost every hour: that is part of its charm, but you will hear it at the busiest times. If you are a light sleeper, keep it in mind.
